We were allocated a fantastic social worker who held our hand throughout the process; she made the whole experience extremely positive and helped us learn a lot about ourselves and the type of family we wanted to become. She was by our side throughout the matching process and in those first magical months after bringing our child home, even now we know that the support continues and that Nugent are at the end of a phone call or an email if we need them. In fact, our whole experience was so positive that when we decided to extend our family again, we went straight back to Nugent, and were once again overwhelmed by the support we were given.
